Apartment Junior
Junior Apartment is a luxury double apartment with a total area of 33 square meters and the possibility of an extra bed (couch, capacity +1 person). Standard equipment includes a fully equipped kitchen for preparing simple meals, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker – as with other Classic and Superior apartments. To shorten the long time, there is LCD TV, a large selection of DVDs and books of various genres, wireless high-speed WiFi, CD player.
In addition to the standard equipment, you will also find a hairdryer and iron in the apartment – in case you crumpled your favorite clothes while walking in the spa park.
If you plan to go to Luhačovice by car, do not worry about parking – you can park comfortably directly in the underground garages in the adjacent building.
The balcony overlooking the spa promenade will brighten up your time in the apartment. You have free coffee and tea throughout your stay with us.

Delivery of the apartment on arrival between 09:00 and 18:00 by prior arrangement, depending on the vacancy of the apartment.
Handover of the apartment on departure by default by 10:00, or at another time by appointment.
All our apartments are non-smoking, smoking is only allowed on the balcony.

Cancel fees
If you decide to cancel your reservation at least 30 days before arrival, you are entitled to a 100% refund of the deposit paid. If you cancel your reservation less than 30 days before the start of your stay, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of the following amount:
- cancellation 30+ days in advance = cancellation 0% (refunded 100% deposit)
- cancellation 22 – 29 days in advance = cancellation 30% (refunded 70% deposit)
- cancellation 15 – 21 days in advance = cancellation 50% (refunded 50% deposit)
- cancellation 0 – 14 days in advance = cancellation 100% (refunded 0% deposit)
If you want to give gifts to your loved ones and you do not have a tip for a suitable gift, we offer you the option of ordering a gift voucher for accommodation in the Kolonáda apartments.
The newest Junior Suite is furnished in a modern style and is suitable for any occasion – especially for short-term, but also longer stays in privacy. Due to its affordable price and interesting interior, it is especially popular with younger couples. If you want, we will prepare, for example, champagne or flowers for you in the apartments.
